HIP-HOP ICON DMX KICKS OFF
"UNDISPUTED: WEIGH IN" TOUR ON JUNE 1ST

PROMO TOUR WILL HIT 30 CITIES IN SUPPORT OF 7TH STUDIO ALBUM  'UNDISPUTED' RELEASING THIS FALL

Los Angeles, CA - May 30, 2012 - Ruff Ryder legend and world-renowned performer DMX will hit the road this summer to support his upcoming comeback album Undisputed, releasing this fall on Seven Arts/Bloodline Records.  The first leg of the tour will kick off June 1st in Cincinnati, OH with additional tour legs to be announced soon. The promo tour will mark X's return to most markets after several years and the dog is anxious to get back into these regions and in front of his fans.

"It's been a long time since I've had the chance to go out and touch the fans. They've consistently supported through the ups and downs," exclaims DMX. "I'm anxious to get back in front of them and return the favor, keeping the focus on incredible music and memorable live shows."

"We are excited to get back on the road with the "Undisputed: Weigh In" promo tour this summer," adds DMX manager Jason Fowler.  "With X getting the chance to be in front of his fans day in and day out, this project has been a long time coming and the DOG is definitely back. We're looking at 30-40 cities across the US on the promo run with a full US tour planned in the fall to coincide with the Undisputed album release."

The first release from the Undisputed album is  the club-ready, adrenaline-fueled "I Don't Dance," produced by JR Rotem and featuring Cleveland spit-fire rapper and longtime DMX admirer MGK. "I Don't Dance" will be serviced to radio in the coming weeks and a music video directed by John Colombo will soon follow. DMX is working closely with longtime friends and collaborators Swizz Beats and Dame Grease on the full-length album.

DMX, a Grammy Awards nominee and American Music Awards winner, recently wrapped VH-1 reality show Couples Therapy. His success with past albums like ...And Then There Was X (which featured the top-ten hit single "Party Up" and was certified platinum six times) made him the only musical artist in history to release five consecutive albums (his entire album catalog at the time) that debuted at number one on the Billboard charts.
